Preparation

Step 1:

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the soy sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken pieces. Keep turning them, so they all get colored a little bit.

Step 3:

Remove from heat and drain excess oil on paper towels (there should still be some oil left in the wok, if not, drain it too) along with some residual marinade.
